Mr. McKinney graduated from the University of the State of New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Saint Mary’s University School of Law with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. He is also is a member of both the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and has obtained Master Peace Officer and Instructor Certification from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education. Mr. McKinney is a member of the San Antonio and Texas Bar Associations.
